The Minnesota Senate has unanimously approved expanded eligibility for the Dairy Assistance, Investment, Relief Initiative. The DAIRI program began in 2019 and this bill opens the assistance to dairy farmers who began their business after 2022. Moorhead DFL Senator Rob Kupec authored this bill.
