The North Dakota Industrial Commission has approved additional funding for farm disaster relief. Another $100 million is available through the Farm Financial Stability Program. Another $12 million is being transferred from the state’s Grain Inventory Loan Program. Total funding for the two assistance programs totals $500 million. North Dakota farmers can apply for the low-interest loans through their local banks and credit unions. The application deadline is June 30.
