The Brazilian grain agency, CONAB, released its latest crop estimate on Friday. The soybean crop is forecast at 177.8 million metric tons, down slightly from the February report, but still at a record high. Corn production is estimated at 138.3 million metric tons. That’s down slightly from the February estimate, but still 6 million metric tons above USDA’s latest forecast.
