The Court of International Trade ruled the U.S. government must repay the $130 billion in tariffs collected by the Trump Administration under the Emergency Economic Powers Act. The Supreme Court rejected the President’s authority to impose tariffs in this way. The Administration is expected to appeal or seek a stay in this decision.
