According to Acres & Shares broker Jayson Menke, 212 shares were brokered last week for an average price of $4,236.79 per share with shares traded at $4,100 and $4,300 per share. “In the short term, broker inventory has dried up, pushing sales to highs for the season at $4,300 per share,” Menke said. “As of this weekend, there were only 52 broker shares for sale at $4,300 per share.”
