Consumers who had beef in the grocery cart between 2014 and 2019 may be eligible for a portion of an $87.5 million antitrust settlement. A lawsuit accused the major beef packers of conspiring to raise beef prices during that time. Tyson Foods and Cargill have agreed to the settlement. A federal court in Minnesota will rule on these settlements in May. Claims must be filed in this case by the end of June.
