Thousands File Applications for Paid Leave

Minnesota’s paid medical leave and family leave program began January 1 and nearly 12,000 applications have already been filed with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. DEED Commissioner Matt Varilek said that shows how motivated people are to engage in this new program.
