The interest in Minnesota’s Water Quality Certification Program continues to grow. Minnesota Agriculture Department Agricultural Conservation Services Manager Brad Redlin says there is also demand for its grant program for buying soil health equipment. “We go from drones to no-till drills to strip-till rigs, you name it,” said Redlin. “That has been quite popular because federal programs prohibit money for machinery, so it’s always just been this untapped need out there.”
