BASF plans to spin off its agricultural business in the year ahead. The company announced its ag solutions business will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in its home country of Germany. A management board, which includes four current BASF executives, will lead the new company through the transition into an independent and publicly listed company in May of 2026.
