Richardson International Expands Pasta Investment

Winnipeg-based Richardson International has closed on a deal to purchase the 8^th Avenue Food and Provisions pasta business from Post Holdings. This purchase is valued at $375 million U.S. dollars. Richardson already has three U.S. facilities producing finished pasta, including plants in Carrington, North Dakota and New Hope, Minnesota.
