Brazilian crop production is trending higher than earlier projections. StoneX says its latest customer survey suggests soybean output for the 2025/26 season could reach 178.9 million metric tons, compared to USDA’s current estimate of 175 million. Corn production is also projected to increase, with StoneX placing the crop at 135.2 million metric tons, up from USDA’s estimate of 131 million.
