An Important First Step

Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation President Dan Glessing sees the trade truce with China as an important first step. “We need to see the deal signed, we’re caustiously optimistic, is what I would say,” said Glessing. “Quite honestly, if we can get those products moving, that’s going to be a huge thing for agriculture.” Glessing is also encouraged by the other trade deals made during President Trump’s trip to Southeast Asia.
