The Independent Beef Association of North Dakota hosted its annual meeting in Bismarck on Saturday. “The hot button issues for our group is always mandatory country of origin labeling,” said August Heupel, vice president. “Another issue is New World Screwworm, now that it is so close to our border along with electronic EID tags. our group is opposed to that.”
