California is the latest state to approve 15 percent ethanol blends. Governor Gavin Newsom signed the legislation, giving Californians an option for lower priced fuel. American Coalition for Ethanol Chief Marketing Officer Ron Lamberty praised the move and said the next step is nationwide access to E15.
