A federal court rejected AGCO’s appeal attempt in the right-to-repair lawsuit against John Deere. AGCO filed the motion after the court ruled Deere would have access to sensitive business information from its competitors, AGCO, CNH Industrial and Kubota. AGCO’s appeal was considered a long shot. The judge determined that an existing confidentiality agreement will protect AGCO from the misuse of this data.
