Craig Olson is pleased with his sugarbeet crop in the Colfax, North Dakota area. “Our sugar, when we harvested earlier (during pre-pile) was pretty good for the first part of September so, hopefully the sun will get the quality up for harvest.” The corn and soybeans still need moe time. “It seems like the beans and corn hang on longer the thicker the soils you have. so, everything will come at once, I think, that’s the way it’s looking between sugarbeets and soybeans.”
