USDA has released more details about the Emergency Livestock Relief Program. Enrollment for the $1 billion disaster relief program is underway until October 31. This is the second round of livestock assistance due to wildfires and flooding in 2023 and 2024, bringing the total to $2 billion. In addition to ELAP, the second stage of the Supplemental Disaster Relief Program is expected to begin sign-up in October. This program is for uncovered or shallow losses.
