The Make America Healthy Again Commission has unveiled a sweeping plan aimed at reversing the rise in childhood chronic disease. The strategy outlines more than 120 initiatives, including executive actions to strengthen food standards, expand research, improve public health education, and foster private-sector collaboration. Chaired by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the Commission is targeting the root causes of chronic illnesses. The strategy includes reforms to school nutrition, farm-to-school programs, Medicaid health metrics, and dietary guidelines, while expanding research into nutrition, mental health, and environmental impacts.
