Minot area farmer Chad Rubbelke has wrapped up his wheat crop, reporting solid quality but disappointing yields. “Quality is real good. Yield is down, probably about 30 to 40 percent down from last year.” Rubbelke is now moving into canola harvest, but crop conditions remain a concern. “I’m hoping it yields up. It probably got hit the hardest out of everything this year. We didn’t have any moisture here through May and June.”
