A federal court has rejected a rule that required H-2A wages for farm workers to be based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics survey rather than USDA’s Farm Labor Survey. The ruling ends the 2023 adverse effect wage rate regulations that increased labor costs for the H-2A visa program.
