Wheat harvest is moving quickly in the Grand Forks area. “We’re probably two-thirds done. Proteins have been very, very decent,” said Paul Sproule. “The test weight has been good, 60, 61, 61 and a half.” Sproule also noted the farm has been digging sugarbeets for the American Crystal Sugar Company pre-pile.
