AGCO has launched the Fendt 1000 Vario Gen4 tractor and Fendt Optimum planter at the Farm Progress Show. The four models of the new tractor range from 426 to 550 horsepower. The tractor also supports autonomous operation through PTx OutRun. The new planter is the company’s first stack-fold planting system and includes Precision Planting technology. The Fendt 1000 Vario Gen4 will be available for order in the fourth quarter with deliveries beginning in 2026. The Optimum planter will enter pre-sales in 2026.
