The Red River Farm Network kicked off the 2025 crop tour in the Fessenden, North Dakota area with Joey Allmaras of Local Ag Solutions. “It’s been a really wet year; the rains started and it hasn’t really quit,” said Allmaras. “We have a little break now, but it made it interesting.” A yield estimate of 176 bushels per acre was highlighted on Pioneer’s 82288PCE. The GDUs are tracking near average for central North Dakota. “It’s our number one selling hybrid,” said Allmaras. There’s also a lot of excitement with the soybeans, with the crop heavy with pods. With the moisture, white mold remains a concern. Watch the video.
