Harold Wolle, past president of the National Corn Growers Association, says federal policy decisions are crucial to boosting corn demand. Speaking at Farmfest, Wolle emphasized the need for a solid biofuels policy that supports domestic feedstocks and trade agreements that ensure corn products reach overseas markets.
