USDA will accept public comment on the Trump Administration’s USDA reorganization plan through August 26. USDA now has 4,600 employees in the Washington, D.C. area. With the plan, 2,600 jobs will move to one of five hub cities in Raleigh, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Fort Collins and Salt Lake City. Deputy Agriculture Secretary Stephen Vaden will likely hear about the reorganization during his stop at Farmfest tomorrow.
