Animal rights activists delivered nearly 200,000 signed petitions to the Target headquarters in downtown Minneapolis this week. The group formerly known as the Humane Society of the United States claims Target failed to meet its pledge to sell only cage-free eggs and pork not raised in confinement. A Target spokesperson it will continue to listen to consumers and provide a variety of options at various price points.
