NDSU Extension Agronomy Seed Farm Director Brian Otteson is pleased with the crops in the Casselton area. “The wheat is turning, and harvest isn’t too far away,” said Otteson. “The row crops have a little catching up to do, but the soybeans are starting to make progress now, and overall, we’ve been pretty fortunate as far as rainfall, and the crops overall look pretty good.” The Agronomy Seed Farm event was among the NDSU Extension field days this past week.
