The Food Industry Association has released its annual report on the food retail business. Eighty percent of food retailers and suppliers expect tariffs and trade policies to disrupt supply chains and lead to higher costs. Despite concerns about higher food prices, the report said consumers are willing to spend more on products that focus on health and wellness.
