A federal judge has denied access to John Deere’s dealer financial database in an antitrust lawsuit dealing with right-to-repair. The Federal Trade Commission, five states and farmer plaintiffs sought these detailed financial metrics, but the judge said Deere has already provided enough data in this litigation.
