Crops in Wolford, North Dakota are starting to fill in, but Chris Brossart says they could use more rain. “We’ve had nice weather, but we could definitely use some rain. We’re in that stage where we need timely rain just to get things to fill in.” Brossart says they’ve begun their fungicide applications. “Starting the last three or four days, we’ve been getting going on fungicides on spring wheat and barley. There are quite a lot of other guys in the area who are doing the same. Some of the early canola is trying to get a fungicide application as well. things look good overall, so just need a little rain to get things to fill.”
