During the State Board of Higher Education meeting, Lake Region State College President Doug Darling was granted President Emeritus status in recognition of his distinguished service and contributions to LRSC. Darling is retiring after serving in the role since 2013. Darling has held various positions at the Devils Lake school since 1984.
