EPA Decision Recognizes Industry Growth

The EPA’s new proposals on renewable volume obligations are getting high praise from the Clean Fuels Alliance. Director of Public Affairs Paul Winters says the rule goes beyond what the industry expected. Winters says the EPA is also acknowledging the growth in renewable fuel capacity and setting volumes that reflect that investment. “That’s a huge change in this program.”
