WOTUS Listening Session Scheduled

The Environmental Protection Agency and Army Corps of Engineers have scheduled a series of listening sessions regarding Waters of the United States. Before taking new administrative action, the agencies want to learn from past regulatory approaches and the 2023 Sacket decision in the U.S. Supreme Court. The listening sessions will be next week in Washington, D.C. and virtually.
