Bayer to Appeal Latest Roundup Case

In the latest legal wrangling over the use of Roundup, Bayer is being ordered to pay more than $2 billion to settle one man’s cancer lawsuit. Bayer plans to appeal this case, saying the company believes the verdict should be overturned and the “unconstitutional damage awards eliminated or reduced.”
