Brazilian crop production continues to look very large. Soybean and Corn Advisor President Michael Cordonnier says there is one big concern for Brazil, a wet harvest season. “A lot of guys planted half of their soybeans in a two-week period which means it’s going to be ready to harvest in a two-week period as well. Everyone has their fingers crossed hoping that they don’t get a lot of wet weather in February that might delay the harvest which would also delay the planting of the Sahfrina corn.”
