During the Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Annual Meeting, Senator Grant Hauschild was named the MASWCD Legislator of the Year. The outstanding SWCD supervisor award went to Jim Birkholz of Chisago SWCD. Chester Powell of Clearwater SWCD received the SWCD field staff award and Kay Gross of Cottonwood SWCD was presented the administrator award.
