During the Minnesota Watersheds Annual Conference, the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources presented Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District Water Resources Project Manager Emily Dick with the Outstanding Watershed Employee Award. Dick joined the watershed district in 2022.
