During President Trump’s first term in office, there was more focus on fossil fuels over biofuels. Former National Corn Growers Association CEO John Doggett is curious to see if that changes once Trump is back in office in January. “It isn’t what it would have been eight years ago, but he did tell the petroleum industry, basically, what you want, I’ll give you.” On a hopeful note, Doggett cited comments from Exxon officials regarding their commitment to biofuels. “I think we need to continue to push that and American companies will use green energy if it’s priced right.”
