Adreanna Kaas was the only delegate from Minnesota who is not currently a state officer. Her delegate session focused on creating opportunities for the 5-8th graders in FFA. “If they start young they’re more likely to choose an ag-based career,” says Kaas, who did not grow up in agriculture herself. “Now I’m a vice president of my chapter (Milaca FFA), and I love every minute of it.”
