Agriculture and biofuel groups have submitted comments to USDA regarding climate-smart agricultural practices in producing biofuel stocks. The Minnesota Corn Growers Association calls for timely guidance for the 45Z Clean Fuel Production tax credit. ACE also wants individual conservation practices to be allowed, rather than a bundled approach.
