Potato harvest is rounding out around the region. “We’ve got one late quarter of yellows which will be ready in a few days but other than that we’ve been done,” says Tom Campbell, Grafton, North Dakota. A few timely rains at the beginning of harvest helped the harvest go smoothly. “If it wouldn’t have been for that, it would have been pretty dry, but it made it a good harvest.” Campbell says the crop was above average overall.
