A federal judge has dismissed a price-fixing lawsuit that claimed major crop protection companies conspired with wholesalers and retailers. The St. Louis-based judge said the plaintiffs failed to provide evidence Bayer, Corteva, Syngenta, BASF and violated antitrust laws.
