A 19-year-old college student from Hutchinson is the newest Princess Kay of the Milky Way. Rachel Visser was crowned last night at the State Fairgrounds and will serve as the official goodwill ambassador for Minnesota’s dairy industry. Katie Ketchum of Altura and Grace Woitalla of Avon were selected as runners-up.
