The American Egg Board has hired Bill Winkelman as vice president of industry affairs and engagement and Nick Jones as the director of international marketing. Most recently, Winkelman was the executive director of the U.S. Pork Center of Excellence. He also served eight years as vice president of producer and industry relations at the National Pork Board. Jones was CEO for Berkwood Farms, a coalition of 100 independent farms with an elite branded pork product brand.
