Texas Wheat Producers Director of Policy Steelee Fischbacher believes the winter wheat harvest is winding down.”We have very variable yields,” said Fischbacher. “Our dryland yields are coming in between 20-and-50 bushels per acre. Irrigated yields have been very good with a lot of reports of 80 plus, some as high as 100 bushels per acre.”
