The Cattlemen’s Beef Board is presenting its Beef Checkoff Visionary Award to Jan Lyons of Manhattan, Kansas. Jan and her husband, Frank, operate an Angus cow herd. She has chaired the Cattlemen’s Beef Board and served as president of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.
