Thanks to the abundant rain, farmers like Matthew Kreuger at East Grand Forks had to adjust their plans this spring. Krueger is pleased with overall crop emergence, but some replanting was necessary. “It started really great and then kind of turned into a muddy mess.” Weed control has also been a challenge. “We have some bean fields that we wish we would have rolled and now are nearing V2 or V3 stage and that’s getting close to the point of almost too big to get rolled.” Listen to the full interview.
