Ted Matthews, an agricultural mental health specialist for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, received the Rural Health Lifetime Achievement Award at the Minnesota Rural Health Conference in Duluth. Matthews began working with the Minnesota Farm Business Management Mental Health Outreach Program in 1998.
