Rachel Gibbs has joined NDSU Extension as a livestock specialist for ruminant system management. Gibbs is based at the Hettinger Research Extension Center. The Texas native earned her bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University and her master’s degree and doctorate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
