Another Lawsuit

The Environmental Protection Agency is facing another lawsuit over its vehicle emissions standards for light-and-medium-duty vehicles. The Renewable Fuels Association and National Farmers Union filed a lawsuit in the Washington D.C. Court of Appeals. Last week, the National Corn Growers Association, American Farm Bureau Federation, American Petroleum Institute and a group of car dealerships filed a similar lawsuit.
